I had a small roof leak and wanted to make sure it was fixed properly. The SERVPRO team was quick to respond and very professional. After testing for moisture, I didn't end up needing their services but it was nice to have the peace of mind and I appreciate their honesty. I would 100 percent rely on them again if we had any water issues in our home.

I called SERVPRO this past Monday morning to deal with 2 fairly large spots of dog vomit which our Lucy presented us with on our 1 month old living room carpet. They scheduled me for same-day service (Unbelievable). Zac and Jeremy arrived exactly at the time scheduled and solved my problem expediently and professionally. They also gave me some suggestions on how to deal with small spots in the future. I have never used SERVPRO before, and understandably, I hope I never have to use their services again. But rest assured, I will tell my friends here in Burkburnett about them and HIGHLY recommend them. My carpet (as their slogan says) looks "Like it never even happened."
